Looking back at Grébovka FitFest 2024: Together we created a great atmosphere

This Sunday, the first annual Grébovka FitFest 2024 fitness event took place in Prague's Grébovka.

Thank you to everyone who spent a pleasant day with us and moved their bodies in the open air.

Energy stage

  • BodyAttack /45 min11:00

    BODYATTACK® is an energy-intensive exercise focused on cardio, muscular endurance and functional training. Movements inspired by various sports such as running, lunges and jumps are combined with strength exercises to the rhythm of high energy and motivating music. BODYATTACK® means bringing together the energy of a whole group that isn't afraid to take on a challenge and enjoy exercise together.

    A dance classes inspired by modern dance styles. With each song, you will learn a few simple steps that are constantly repeated over and over, so that you can enjoy the great atmosphere as much as possible and burn as many calories as possible.

    BODYCOMBAT® is a class composed as interval training. This is a classes that is inspired and combined by combat sports such as karate, kickboxing, taekwondo, muay thai or capoeira.

    BODYJAM is a cardio workout where you will enjoy the feeling that you are not working out, but dancing. In 45 minutes you'll learn 2 dance styles and feel like you're in an MTV video.

    A gentler style of yoga where you relax not only the body but also the mind. This class is not as physically demanding and is a slower workout that is suitable for everyone.

    BODYBALANCE® is a yoga, tai chi and pilates inspired workout that will leave you strong, flexible and focused. You will feel a true balance between mind, body and soul. Whether you have some experience with yoga or are just starting out, or are looking for an exercise to complement your training, BODYBALANCE® will improve your mind, body and life.

Pole Dance stage

  • Exhibition of professionals - Pole Battle League competition /po celý denstart 9:00

    It is the oldest Czech pole dance competition (since 2012), which has also appeared several times abroad (Israel, Finland, Hungary, Croatia, Slovakia). A very attractive competition for spectators, where 2 acrobatic dancers face each other on the stage. Their task is to impress the jury as much as possible during their two entries and collect as many points as possible, which will ensure their progress to the final. The competition has two rounds - a morning qualification and an afternoon final, where the best 6 acrobatic dancers from each category compete. The moderator of the competition will be Hanka Koutná, who will introduce you to the issues of this beautiful dance sport and, last but not least, will entertain you. Get drawn into this great competition show!

Chillout zone

  • FREE Workshop - Pole Dance /all day longstart 9:00

    Come and experience pole dancing for yourself. In addition to the competition stage, there will also be a Vertigo stand where you can try tricks under professional supervision. You don't have to register anywhere, just arrive at the place and the lecturers will gladly take care of you. Wear comfortable clothing including shorts. Pole dance has no age restrictions, as a standard we take children from 6 years old and the oldest clients are around 60 years old. We look forward to your visit, you will surely have a lot of fun.

    We have been registering pole dancing in the Czech Republic since about 2008. Since then, Czech female athletes have caught up with the pole dancing powers (CAN, USA, AUS) and their x-year lead at rocket speed. Czech pole dance has a number of world champions in various categories and even official training for instructors accredited by the Ministry of Education and Culture. The stigma that was associated with pole dancing in the beginning is indelibly gone. In addition, pole sport has been recognized as a sport since 2017.
